A series of simple posters with one key message is a great way to approach new customers. Lancaster University IT Training Team worked with me to do exactly that.
We started with one big aim: to get more customer to use the services.
From this, we could narrow down the key elements of the service - in this case into three:
Digital Skills Certificate
Lancaster Answers (Knowledge Base)
I then constructed a common question for each solution - something that would reach the customer at their point of need. Using a templated layout, a institutional colour palette and series of similar styled characters, I was able to design these series of promotional posters.
